In using Hebamio and booking with Julie Mason I confirm I have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions and policies as stated below:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following general terms and conditions apply to the contract between Julie Mason and the client.
SUMMARY OF CONTRACT
After booking a class, clients receive a confirmation of receipt of the booking by email (booking confirmation).
COURSES AND COSTS
Where a woman has public health insurance, courses that are supported by insurances, i.e., Childbirth classes, are settled directly with the women’s health insurance company by the midwife. In the case of privately insured women, then a bill is sent directly to the women, that she must settle herself and then can submit to her insurance company for reimbursement.
Missed hours cannot be settled with the insurance company and must be paid for by the participant, € 7.96 per 60 minutes. It does not matter for what reason the participation did not take place.
Partner fee may be partly reimbursed by the partners insurance but not always. A letter of attendance is given on completion of the course. The partner fee must be paid on receipt of the bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the participant has to cancel a class 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed up to 28 days before the start of the class, thereafter no reimbursement of the course fee will be charged.
If the course is cancelled by Julie Mason, the course fee will be refunded in full.
